Master of Oral & Maxillofacial Prosthodontics (Clinical) – International Students
2026-07-01Admission Requirements
1- The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in Dentistry from Egypt or an equivalent degree.
2- Completion of the internship year or documented clinical practice and training in medical centers or governmental hospitals is required.
3- A minimum grade of “Good” in the bachelor’s degree is required, or “Pass” provided that the applicant holds a Postgraduate Diploma.
4- Submission of all required documents addressed to the Dean of the Faculty within the period specified in the regulations.
5- Compliance with the regulations and admission procedures of the university’s International Students Administration.
6-For the Prosthodontics specialization in dentistry, admission requirements include obtaining a very good grade in the two specialization subjects: fixed and removable prosthodontics.

Program Rationale
1- Clinical and therapeutic integration: The program enables the management of complex cases including tooth loss, malocclusion, periodontal disease, and extensive caries, integrating diagnosis, analysis, and comprehensive treatment planning using the latest international protocols.
2- Advanced clinical training: Hands-on training in fixed prosthodontics including zirconia, PFM, and CAD/CAM restorations, as well as modern techniques such as deep margin elevation, functional crown lengthening, and glass fiber posts, in addition to digital imaging and 3D design workflows (Exocad, CAD/CAM).
3- Scientific research and academic development: The program emphasizes the preparation of high-quality case reports suitable for publication in scientific journals, materials science analysis linked to clinical outcomes, and support for clinical research design.
4- Professional value and academic excellence: Graduates are qualified to manage full mouth rehabilitation cases, achieve high clinical competence, adopt digital prosthodontics, and gain a strong competitive advantage in the job market.
