This field initiative came about through close collaboration with the Faculty of Agriculture at Ain Shams University, which provided the best selected trees to ensure the success of the experiment according to sustainable environmental standards.

The efforts focused on planting a selection of fruit trees that combine aesthetic value with economic potential. Fifteen orange trees, three date palms of the premium Barhi variety, and two mango trees were planted.

The tree-planting initiative encompassed the main street gardens of the faculty, the Al-Ma'moun back area, the courtyards surrounding the faculty mosque, and the faculty nursery, transforming the campus pathways into a vibrant and beautiful green space.

The initiative wasn't limited to tree planting; it also included a comprehensive beautification campaign that involved painting the faculty's sidewalks, lending a sense of renewal and order that aligns with the university's green identity.

In this context, Prof. Farid Muharram Al-Jarhi emphasized that this practical step complements the scientific and artistic competitions held at the college. He pointed out that involving students from all backgrounds, especially students with disabilities, in beautifying their academic institution contributes to instilling environmental citizenship values in them and hones their skills to lead the future of the green economy with awareness and a sense of belonging.
