Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University; Prof. Rami Maher Sadek, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Yassin El-Shazly, Dean of the Faculty of Law; and Prof. Mohamed El-Shafei, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and within the framework of the cooperation protocol between the Faculty and the Egyptian Legal Portal for Legislation, affiliated with the Information and Decision Support Center at the Cabinet, the Egyptian Legal Portal celebrated the conclusion of a training program aimed at qualifying students to use legal research tools through modern technology.
The ceremony marked the culmination of intensive training efforts designed to equip Faculty of Law students with the latest digital legal research tools, while linking academic study with practical applications to enhance their readiness for local and international competitiveness.
The event was attended by a distinguished group of academic, professional, and legal figures whose insights enriched the occasion, including:
- Dr. Khadija Arafa, Head of the Central Administration for Community Communication.
- Prof. Yassin El-Shazly – Dean of the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University.
- Mr. Mohamed Abdel-Gawad – Partner at ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners.
- Mr. Tarek Fouad Abdel Moneim Riad, Head of the Commercial Law Department at the German University in Cairo and Managing Partner at El-Kosheri, Rashed & Riad Law Firm.

The ceremony featured a practical presentation of the Egyptian Legal Portal for Legislation, along with inspiring testimonials from trainees. It concluded with the distribution of certificates and the honoring of students, followed by a tour of the New Administrative Capital—an enriching experience reflecting the features of the New Republic, characterized by modernity in its finest form, integrated urban planning, wide streets, massive infrastructure, and expansive green areas that offer a distinctive civilizational character.
