The Faculty of Dentistry, under the leadership of Prof. Karim El-Batouty, organized a specialized training workshop on the secrets of digital design using the Exocad software. The workshop was held under the supervision of Dr. Amira El-Naggar, Director of the Faculty’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Club, and was delivered by Dr. Ahmed Reda. It addressed the latest digital technologies used in designing dental prosthetics, contributing to the development of students’ practical skills and keeping pace with labor market requirements.

This was followed by a specialized lecture on the fundamentals and techniques of photography, delivered by Dr. Ahmed Nasser Zalabia, which aimed to raise awareness of the importance of professional photography in the medical and educational fields.

The workshop witnessed the participation of several faculty students, in addition to several graduates.

At the conclusion of the events, Prof. Riham Magdy, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, delivered a speech expressing her sincere thanks and appreciation to the presenters of the workshop and lecture, as well as to all those involved in the organization. She also commended the students’ and graduates’ keenness to develop their scientific and practical skills.

The faculty administration also honored the speakers in recognition of their effective participation and distinguished contributions.

This workshop comes within the framework of the faculty’s commitment to supporting training and applied activities, enhancing students’ technical and practical knowledge, and preparing qualified cadres capable of keeping pace with technological developments in the field of dentistry.
