Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, inspected the progress of the first semester exams at the Faculty of Education, as part of the university administration’s commitment to monitoring the regularity of the examination process and providing a suitable environment for students.

His Excellency was accompanied during his inspection tour by Prof. Safaa Shehata, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Hani Youssef, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Education for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Abdel Nasser Rashad, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Graduate Studies and Research, Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for the Education and Student Sector, and Dr. Samar Ragab, Lecturer of the Special Education at the Faculty.
During the tour, the Vice President of the University inspected the examination committees, ensuring adherence to regulations and maintaining a calm and orderly environment. He also checked on the quality of services provided to students to guarantee they could take their exams in a suitable atmosphere.
The tour also included a visit to the faculty’s English Language Teaching Development Center, where he received a briefing on the center's activities and its role in enhancing English language teaching effectiveness, in line with academic development requirements and improving the quality of the educational process.

Prof. Rami Maher Ghali stressed the need for faculty staff and workers to be present, to adhere to the rules of discipline during the examination period, and to activate mechanisms to reduce cheating in all its forms, whether by using a mobile phone or any other means, while informing the invigilators of all examination instructions, and emphasizing the quality of performance within the committees in a way that serves the interest of the students.
The Vice President of the University also stressed the provision of full support to students with special needs and students with disabilities, and the provision of all necessary facilities for them during the examination period, in coordination with the Student Disability Services Center, in order to ensure equal opportunities and create a suitable examination environment for all students.
Prof. Rami Maher, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, emphasized the importance of completing the marking process immediately after each exam and expediting the announcement of first-semester results to ensure the smooth running of the educational process and to serve the best interests of the students.
