In line with the directives of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to enhance national awareness among youth and strengthen their connection to the extensive developmental efforts taking place in the Sinai Peninsula, the Education and Student Affairs Sector at Ain Shams University, in cooperation with the Popular and Military Defense Forces Command, organized a field trip to South Sinai for students from the “Family for Egypt” program and military education students.

The visit was held under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and organized by Colonel Abu Al-Hassan Abdel Munsif, Director of the Military Education Department, and Dr. Samar Ragab, Coordinator of the “Family for Egypt” program, with administrative coordination and supervision by Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for the Education and Student Affairs Sector.
The trip is part of the Education and Student Affairs Sector’s plan to organize a series of field visits to the Sinai Peninsula for university students, implementing the directives of the political leadership to provide youth with the opportunity to witness the development projects in Sinai and to observe the achievements taking place across the country. The initiative aims to enhance national awareness and connect students to the efforts made to achieve comprehensive development in Sinai, in cooperation with the Popular and Military Defense Forces Command and implemented by the Student Unions and Clubs Administration of the General Directorate of Student Welfare and the Military Education Department at the university.
