Ain Shams University congratulates the Supreme Council of Universities on obtaining four international ISO certifications in an unprecedented national achievement

Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, extends his sincere congratulations and appreciation to Prof. Mostafa Refaat, Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Universities, and to the entire General Secretariat of the Council, on the occasion of the Supreme Council of Universities obtaining four international ISO certifications. This is a significant national achievement that affirms the excellence of institutional performance within the higher education system in Egypt.

The ISO 37000:2021 certification in governance and the ISO 30401:2018 certification in knowledge management are among this prestigious group of certifications, which serve as global benchmarks for measuring institutional efficiency, commitment to transparency, sustainable development, and improved decision-making environment.

The President of Ain Shams University affirms that this unprecedented success—the Supreme Council of Universities obtaining these certifications from the Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC)—reflects a conscious institutional vision and a strategic direction that enhances the standing of Egyptian higher education at both the regional and international levels.

He added that this achievement complements Ain Shams University's strategy, which is based on digital transformation, good governance, knowledge management systems, and institutional performance development, thus achieving the transition to a smart university with globally competitive standards.

“We congratulate the Supreme Council of Universities and the higher education community on this honorable achievement, which reflects the will of a nation that always strives to elevate its institutions and opens new horizons for the development of higher education, scientific research, and community service at the highest levels.”
