The Scholarships Welfare Office at Ain Shams University announces scholarships offered by Hungary for doctoral studies during the 2026/2027 academic year
The Scholarships Welfare Office at Ain Shams University announces the opening of applications for PhD scholarships offered by the Hungarian government (TEMPES) for the 2026/2027 academic year, in the following disciplines: Mathematics, Physics, Information Technology, Technological Education, and Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Target Groups: teaching assistants at the university's faculties and research centers, and administrative staff included in the scholarship program.
Scholarship Benefits: - Tuition-free study - Accommodation in university dormitories - Basic healthcare - Monthly living allowance.
- The scholarship does not cover travel expenses; however, the scholarship program covers the travel expenses of eligible recipients included in its program.
Scholarship Application Requirements:
- At least one year of service by September 1, 2026.
- No more than one and a half years since doctoral registration in Egypt (if applicable).
- Language proficiency certificate: IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 80.
