The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the allocation of Hajj visas for the 1447 AH/2026 AD season, and invites faculty staff and employees in Egyptian universities who wish to perform the Hajj pilgrimage this year to apply, and to adhere to the following regulations:

1. The applicant must not have previously performed Hajj and must be physically capable of performing the rituals.

2. The applicant must not have applied for Hajj this year through any other entity or company.

3. Applications must be submitted using the national ID card, which must be valid for at least six months.

4. The machine-readable passport must be valid for at least one year, starting from February 8, 2026.

5. The applicant must be at least 21 years old.

7. The applicant must be an Egyptian citizen with full legal capacity to perform the rituals.

8. Applicants wishing to bring their spouse must also be employees of the Ministry of Higher Education or its affiliated institutions.

9. A health declaration confirming the absence of heart, lung, liver, and kidney diseases, as well as mental and neurological disorders, cancer, and morbid obesity.

10. Payment can be made in four installments (direct payment) or in six monthly installments via Visa.

You will be notified of the date of the public draw to select the winners of the Hajj this year.

Applicants can choose the program that best suits their needs from the available options, which include various levels such as Five Star (14 days), Economy (A) and (B) (18 days), and Economy Upgrade to Five Star (23 days).

Payment plans are also available, allowing for four monthly installments or six monthly installments via Visa.
