Under the theme "Preparing Today... Leading Tomorrow," the Faculty of Business at Ain Shams University will organize the Second International Conference titled "Partnership with the Business Sector for Employment…An Executive Strategic Framework" on Saturday, December 26, 2026, at the Republican Guard House.

The conference will be held under the distinguished patronage of H.E. Prof. Hussein Eissa, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, and under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Amany Osama Kamel, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research.

The conference will be chaired by Prof. Farid Moharram El-Garhy, Dean of the Faculty of Business at Ain Shams University, with the participation of Prof. Magdy Abdel Kader, Chairman of the Commercial Studies Sector Committee.

The conference aims to develop an actionable strategic framework to strengthen collaboration between academic institutions and various business sectors, helping prepare young professionals for the competitive labor market.
