To achieve the highest levels of organization and to facilitate procedures for our students holding equivalent certificates (Arab and foreign), it has been decided to continue the facilities provided annually, which include:

• Allocating a venue at Alexandria University for receiving students’ documents, at the Girls’ Dormitory – Ezbet Saad – Smouha, serving students from Alexandria and the governorates of the Delta Region.

• Allocating a venue at Assiut University for receiving students’ documents, in the old administration building of the university in El-Welidiya, serving students from Assiut and the governorates of Upper Egypt.

• In addition to the main office located at the Center for Blended Learning, Cairo University – Boys’ Dormitory – Beni El-Sarayat – Giza.

Students holding secondary school certificates from (Libya – Somalia – Djibouti) must submit their documents only at the main office.

• Payment for the equivalent certificate coordination documents must be made through the Electronic Admission Website: www.tansik.digital.gov.eg via electronic payment channels only, whether using prepaid cards / credit cards or e-payment company outlets.

• No other payment methods are accepted, and students will not be able to register their preferences, print the preferences form, or the registration receipt unless the payment is successfully completed through the specified methods on the admission website.

• The student must attend the main office or one of its branches once only upon submitting the original certificates along with a copy of the basic information, transcript of courses and grades, and the student’s list of preferences, in order to receive the envelope and submit all originals on the same day.

☆ Steps students must follow to register their data and preferences (for Arab and foreign equivalent certificates):

1- The student logs into the admission website using the above address to register basic data, type of certificate, and mobile phone number.

2- A message containing the login ID and password will be sent to the registered mobile number.

3- The student must keep the login ID and password secure, as they guarantee confidentiality of the student’s data and prevent others from altering preferences.

4- The login ID and password are used to enter data, grades, preferences, and also to check the admission result.

5- After completing basic data registration and obtaining the login ID and password, the student must log in again to review grades provided by the awarding institution, or enter them, after which the student’s aggregate score will be calculated. The student must then proceed to the e-payment link on the admission website to pay for the equivalent certificate coordination documents, whether using payment cards / collection outlets. Preferences cannot be entered until payment is successfully made.

6- The student must take great care when entering basic data, as electronic payment will be processed according to these entries. Corrections will not be possible if errors are made. Therefore, the student must carefully review all information before final submission.

7- Once preferences are entered and the preference form along with the registration receipt is printed, the student is considered to have completed the paid service.

8- The student must print the preference form, basic data form, and the transcript of subjects and grades from the admission website, as a copy must be included in the submitted file.

9- The student may log in multiple times to adjust preferences at any time until the deadline. Admission will be determined according to the last modification submitted.

Important Note:

After the student registers basic data, grades, and prints the preferences form and receipt, they must immediately go to the Central Admission Office or one of its branches to submit original documents and certificates. Registration on the admission website alone will not be considered valid unless the originals are submitted to the office. Otherwise, the student will be excluded from admission lists and will only be considered within the limits of remaining vacancies.

■ Deadlines for registration on the Admission Website:

Registration of data, grades, and preferences will be open from Saturday, 23/8/2025 until the end of the stage.

Students may register through university computer labs daily from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or through their personal computers, as the website will remain accessible 24/7 until the deadline.

• When submitting documents to the Admission Office, the student must provide proof of legal and actual residence in the country from which the secondary school certificate was obtained, covering the entire study period. Documents must include:

Verified residence proof from the Egyptian Cultural Counselor and the Egyptian Embassy in the awarding country.

Passport showing entry and exit dates during the study period.

A movement certificate showing entry and exit dates, provided that the student and guardian resided for at least 75% of the total study period (from the beginning until the end of study).

• The student will be provided with a list of faculties and institutes that accept students from different streams and must select preferences accordingly.

• The student must define their Geographic Zone (A), i.e., the preferred residence area, when registering basic data on the admission website. Admission will then be based on these preferences and the rules of geographic distribution.

• The student should carefully discuss preference order with their family to ensure choices accurately reflect their ambitions, abilities, and qualifying subjects.
