The Graduate Studies and Research Sector and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Sector at Ain Shams University are organizing an event titled: "Ain Shams University as a Strategic Supporter of Semiconductor Design and Embedded Systems Development in Egypt." The event will be held under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Amany Osama Kamel, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the Ain Shams University Conference Hall.

The event includes a dialogue session moderated by Prof. Hossam Osman, Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Innovation and Scientific Research Affairs, with the participation of a select group of professors, experts, academics, entrepreneurs and specialists in electronics and semiconductor technologies.

The ceremony will also honor a select group of faculty staff, along with showcasing the success stories of several Ain Shams University graduates who have contributed their scientific and professional excellence to supporting multinational companies operating in the fields of semiconductor design and embedded systems development. It will also encourage university affiliates to establish startups in various fields, reflecting the university's role in transforming knowledge into marketable technological products and solutions.
