In line with the Faculty of Mass Communication and Al-Zafarana Museum’s commitment to fostering cultural dialogue and linking academic study with leading practical experiences in the fields of art and media, Al-Zafaran Museum, in cooperation with the Faculty of Mass Communication at Ain Shams University, is organizing a cultural and artistic seminar entitled “Art and History.”

The meeting will host artist and director Ahmed Shaker, former Director of the National Theatre, and will be held at the Faculty of Mass Communication Hall on Wednesday, February 11, at 1:00 p.m.

The seminar will be moderated by Prof. Heba Shaheen, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication, and Dr. Walaa El-Din Badawy, Director of Al- Zaffaran Museum.

The seminar will address key milestones in the artist’s career and his most prominent creative works, in addition to discussing his historical roles and highlighting the role of art in documenting cultural and national awareness.
