"She Leads for Universities"… A Training Program for Female Students at Ain Shams University

Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, an important training program was implemented at Ain Shams University under the title "She Leads for Universities", which is presented by the university with the aim of enhancing the role of female students and empowering them to contribute effectively to building the future of the nation. The activities of the first day of the program were launched at the Faculty of Arts on Thursday, May 4, 2025, where the conference hall hosted an elite group of leaders and students in the presence of Prof. Hanan Kamel, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Prof. Hend El Hilali, Executive Director of the Women's Support and Anti-Violence Unit at the University, Mr. Ayman El Sherbiny and Dr. Rawan Mahmoud, representatives of the National Council for Women.

This distinguished program was implemented in cooperation between the University's Women's Support and Anti-Violence Unit and the National Council for Women, under the administrative supervision of Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and under the executive supervision of the Social Activities Department of the General Administration for Youth Welfare Office.

Amid a remarkable student turnout, the lecturers delivered valuable speeches that highlighted the pivotal importance of women's role in society and the need to develop female students' skills and hone their entrepreneurial capabilities. Practical guidance was also provided on how to prepare a professional CV that will open up future prospects for them.

         
   
         
         
   
         

On Sunday, May 5, the Faculty of Girls hosted the program's activities at the faculty theater, attended by Prof. Amira Youssef, Dean of the Faculty of Girls, and Dr. Heba Barakat, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development. The second day's activities continued with discussions on developing the skills and knowledge necessary to empower women to become innovative entrepreneurs capable of making their mark in various fields.
