During the symposium, the importance of paying attention to the need to maintain the health and safety of the kidneys was emphasized, as the kidneys not only get rid of toxins and excess salts, but they maintain control of blood pressure, hemoglobin levels, bone health, and maintain blood salt levels and blood acidity.

It was pointed out that there are no specific symptoms of kidney disease, especially in the early stages. The disease must be monitored and treated early to prevent its development into deficiency or complete failure of the kidneys.

It is noteworthy that the celebration of World Kidney Day aims to spread community awareness of the necessity of early screening for kidney diseases by analyzing urine for albumin and checking the level of creatinine in the blood, while adhering to sports and healthy food, avoiding smoking, excessive use of painkillers, and avoiding obesity, so that we can achieve good health and healthy kidneys together.
