The Ain Shams University scout team wins first place in the summit meeting at the level of Egyptian universities

Under the patronage of Prof. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with the strong participation of Ain Shams University, headed by Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of the University, the delegation of the Ain Shams University scout team achieved the first place in all fields of competition in the activities of the 31st summit scouting session for Egyptian university, which was held at Tanta University in the period from the second to the twelfth of this February, under the administrative supervision of Ain Shams University, Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for education and student affairs.

Several Egyptian universities participated in the course, including Beni Suef University, Al-Azhar University, Alexandria University, Suez Canal University, Port Said, Tanta, Fayoum, Mansoura, Menoufia, Banha, Helwan, and Sohag University.

It is worth noting that Ain Shams University is the leader in organizing summit scouting courses, as it organized the first session, the eighteenth session, and the thirtieth session.

Moreover, workshops and training camps were held for the university’s clan team, including the university’s scouts, to select the delegation representing the university, under the executive supervision of Mr. Tariq Ahmed, Acting Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, Mrs. Asmaa Ali Khater, Director of the Scout and Public Service Department at the university.
