The Faculty of Arts Theater Acting Team represents the university in the “Ebdaa” Festival at the Ministry of Youth and Sports Theater

The team of the Faculty of Arts at Ain Shams University, after its promotion at the university level, participates in the 'Creativity' Festival, the twelfth season of 2023/2024 for university and institute students, which was launched by the Ministry of Youth and Sports under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic.

The team's participation comes under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of the University, Prof. Hanan Kamel, Dean of the Faculty, under the supervision of Prof. Muhammad Ibrahim, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, and implementation of Mrs. Suha Al-Sabaa, Director of the Youth Welfare Department, Ms. Hoda Abdel Hamid, Head of Artistic Activities.

The competition will be held from February 8 to 15, 2024 at the Ministry’s Theater.

The team will participate in the play “Somebody’s Life” on February 12 at 1 p.m., and the play “Naturalists” on February 13 at 7 p.m.

It is worth noting that the faculty’s theatrical acting team wins many awards annually at the international, Arab, and local levels.

The jury for the theatrical performances includes artists: Suhair Al-Morshedy, Ayman Al-Shiwi, Issam Al-Sayed, Bassem Sadiq, Islam Imam, and Adel Hassan.
