Director of the Cardiology and Surgery Hospital at Ain Shams University told (Youm7): 16 thousand patients visit outpatient clinics annually

In an exclusive interview with (Youm7), Dr. Mohamed Al-Ghannam, Director of the Cardiovascular Diseases and Surgeries Hospital at Ain Shams University, revealed the therapeutic services provided by the hospital to patients and the efforts of the medical team that the hospital recently received from Britain. Al-Ghannam stated: 1,000 heart surgeries for adults and 600 surgeries heart for children and 400 chest surgeries are performed annually, and coronary artery disease is the most common.

Al-Ghannam answered many other questions, such as (What are the most common heart diseases? How are they contracted?
