Sports and scientific events in summer student activities at Ain Shams University

Within the framework of the interest of the administration of Ain Shams University in the summer student activities sponsored by Prof. Ghada Farouk, Acting President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and the supervision of a professor. Ibrahim Saeed, Assistant Secretary of the University for Education and Student Affairs, the Department of Sports Activity participated in the beach championship in Bagoush from 7 to 12 August, which was organized by Alexandria University.

The university participated in the following games:

- Five-a-side Beach Football for male students

- Beach volleyball for male students

- Beach volleyball for female students

The university football team achieved the first place and won the gold medal, while the volleyball girls team won the third place and the bronze medal.

This came under the general supervision of a. Ibrahim Saeed, Assistant Secretary of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and supervising a professor. Tariq Ahmed, Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, prof. Mohamed Hassan, director of the Sports Activity Department, volleyball supervisor Fatima Khalifa, and Mr. Khamasi Hani Attia, the supervisor for five a-side football for male students.

A science fiction competition was also held, organized by the Scientific and Technological Activity Department of the General Administration of Youth Welfare - the Higher Scientific Committee of the University Students Union in cooperation and coordination with the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, which lasted over the course of August 9-10 under the supervision of Prof. Ibrahim Saeed, Assistant Secretary of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and a prof. Tariq Ahmed, Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, and Prof. Talaat Abdo, Director of Scientific and Technological Activity Department.

The results were as follows:

First place, student / Asmaa Mahmoud Khalifa, Faculty of Law, for a story entitled / The Desired Hell

Second place, student / Nourhan Ragab Abdel Hamid, Faculty of Al-Alsun, for a story entitled / The Last of the Original Men

Third place, student / Youssef Khaled Mohamed, Faculty of Nursing, for a story entitled / The Inevitable Destiny

Fourth place, student / Reham Khaled Zaki, Faculty of Agriculture, for a story entitled / Turning Point

Fifth place, student / Ibrahim Ahmed Ibrahim, Faculty of Al-Alsun, for a story entitled / Rayan.

The Scientific and Technological Activity Department of the General Administration of Youth Welfare - the Higher Scientific Committee of the University Students Union, in cooperation and coordination with the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, organized a scientific visit for university students to the Egyptian Geological Museum and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization for 100 male and female students from different faculties, on Tuesday 15/8.
