The completion of the series of openings at the Faculty of Agriculture, at Ain Shams University comes after the completion of the construction development work and the new modernization within the Faculty of Agriculture and showing it in its new dress to receive students in the new academic year. Carpentry maintenance was done in the library, painting all the contents of the library (reading tables, chairs, bookcases, desks), maintenance of air conditioners, maintenance of power lines, renovation of some of them, installation of electrical outlets (braises), reading tables for student use, and a complete change to the lighting of the halls of modern libraries with LED bulbs, and the connection of the Internet to the halls of the three library and making it available to students, a complete change of the pillars of the library contents, and the installation of thermal curtains in the three library halls.

         
   
         

This is in addition to the opening of high-tech greenhouses with high sustainability compared to plastic houses, as it works as a production and training unit for students from the various educational programs in the college to learn and train in farming methods and produce vegetables under the conditions of greenhouses and greenhouses to qualify them for the labor market and work to increase productivity of agricultural products in terms of space and consumption. All resources and their management to reach the highest production and the lowest agricultural inputs and the rationalization of water consumption. The greenhouse includes an area of 570 square meters. Its body is made of a galvanized structure covered with a cover of polycarbonate that is resistant to unfavorable weather conditions and at the same time provides plants with the appropriate conditions for growth in addition to that it has a high endurance to maintain Temperatures and humidity suitable for the growth of different vegetable crops.

And it is controlled through an electronic control unit in the temperature and relative humidity suitable for the crop, the cooling system with wet pillows, and fans to extract air to cool the greenhouse and adjust the rate of temperature and humidity. Irrigation is done through a drip irrigation network, and the water and fertilization rates for plants are scientifically calculated.
