The Faculty of Dentistry at Ain Shams University celebrated the graduation of the third batch of the clinical dentistry program and the 21st batch of the Bachelor of Dental Medicine and Dental Surgery, in the presence of Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Muhammad Dia Zain Al-Abidin, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Walid Hassan, captain of Cairo dentists and head of the Central Department of Dentistry at the Ministry of Health, Prof. Ahmed Massad, spokesman for the General Syndicate of Dentists, Prof. Karim Al-Batouti, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Rami Maher, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Ashraf Abu Khalaf, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and a group of faculty staff and parents.

Prof. Abdel Fattah Saud, congratulated the students and their families, on their graduation, as they received their education in the best dental school in Egypt and Ain Shams University, the only one with a 5-star rating with a QS evaluation.

His Excellency also conveyed to the graduate students a practical life experience, explaining that practical faculties are difficult by nature, but they are distinguished by training in practical life through training during the study period, indicating that the medical sector in particular witnesses a change every minute, hence the importance of continuing the pursuit of knowledge and training. continuous, to keep pace with all its variables, and if a person stops seeking knowledge, his working life will be slow or will end quickly.

   
   

He added that students should not be deceived by any new bright idea that is not scientifically proven, as well as not neglect the old thought, because the patient deserves to receive the best service, as he is not within the scope of the experiment.

In the conclusion of his speech, Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud indicated that fame and success come when you develop your skills and care for the patient.

In his speech, Prof. Muhammad Dia Zain Al-Abidin, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, thanks Prof. Abdel-Fattah Saoud for the support of the faculty during the last period, as well as the efforts of our colleagues from the faculty staff and the teaching assistants.

He also explained that graduation day is the beginning of a stage that has many challenges, the most important of which is the continuation of training and learning.

He added that the Faculty of Dentistry at Ain Shams University is subject to severe evaluation standards, explaining that there are many variables in education, so there are international standards, e-learning, academic and psychological counseling, measurement, and evaluation, as it is very interested in establishing students and preparing cadres capable of completing the process.

   
   

Prof. Karim Al-Batouti, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, confirmed that the Faculty of Dentistry at Ain Shams University is a beacon of dental education in Egypt, the Arab world, and the world, as it includes students from 50 nationalities.

Noting that there is still a long way to go, today is the beginning of practical life and scientific research, as we all reap the fruits of this period.

Prof. Walid Hassan, captain of Cairo dentists and head of the Central Department of Dentistry at the Ministry of Health, confirmed that the graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Ain Shams University, at a distinguished scientific and ethical level.

Dr. Ahmed Massaad, the spokesman for the General Syndicate of Dentists, stated that the Faculty of Dentistry at Ain Shams University, despite its recent age, is an entity that was born great from the first moment, pointing to the importance of working collectively and forming work teams due to the current multiplicity of disciplines, as well as the lack of interest in the religious and health aspects. and help others.

The ceremony also witnessed honoring of students who won local and international scientific, cultural, and sports competitions.
