Digital Transformation
2023-12-24The Supreme Council of Universities decided to activate the " Fundamentals of Digital Transformation" certificate in Egyptian universities as follows:
- - The Digital Transformation Certificate applies to postgraduate students as a condition of awarding the degree.
- - Students of the Faculty of Computer science, students of the Department of Computer Engineering of the Faculty of Engineering, students of the Department of Computer Science of the Faculty of Science, and students of departments of computer teachers are exempt.
- - The Postgraduate student is granted a Certificate of Fundamentals of Digital Transformation after his success in 7 scholarship programs and 3 promotion programs.
- - Considering that faculty staff have passed 3 programs from the basics of digital transformation within the courses scheduled for promotion to the higher degree (Teacher→ Assistant Professor → Professor).
- - The three programs are calculated from the basics of digital transformation in one of the faculty development courses scheduled for promotion.
- - The cost of one training program is 120 LE (one hundred twenty pounds only).
- - The duration of one training program is two days.
- - Passing score of 70% of the total grades assigned to one program.
- - The validity period of the certificate is 5 years from the date of obtaining it, and it is renewed with a new test and certificate.
- - In case of failing for the first time in a training program, it is permissible to pass the test again and bear the retest fees, which are estimated at twenty pounds.
- In case of failure for the second time in a training program, you must enter the program again and pay the program fees in full.
- - The place entrusted with training at Ain Shams University is the Training Department of the Information Network, Digital Transformation and Information Technology Center.
- - The examination will be held through the Information Network, Digital Transformation and Information Technology Center. The exam will be held centrally at the Supreme Council of Universities through the Internet.
- - Certificates for the basics of digital transformation are issued by the Supreme Council of Universities.
