Military Education Law text:
Law No. 46 of 1973, which was passed by the People's Assembly on Sunday, 6/5/1973 and read:
Article (1) Military education is a basic subject of the study in the secondary and higher education stages for students who have Egyptian nationality.
Article (2) the military education system aims to develop the military awareness among the students of the secondary and higher education levels to ensure the formation of generations of young people suitable for military service when they join it and to perform national tasks during the war or national services, Of the Minister of War.
Article (3) military education includes: Military Training and Military Culture
Military education is a basic subject that a student cannot graduate without passing.
This includes students (attendance - enrollment - open education).
