1. Account Creation:
Access the electronic transfer platform and click on "Create New Account." Carefully fill in your personal details in Arabic, then click "Register" and make sure to save your password.
2. Login:
Enter your National ID number and password, then click "Login."
If you forget your password, click on "Contact an official to reset your password," located below the password field.
3. Selecting Application Type:
Five categories (windows) will appear, each containing different types of transfers. Inside each window, you’ll find a document outlining the rules, conditions, and required documents based on the year in which you obtained your high school certificate or its equivalent.
4. Choosing Transfer Type & Completing the Form:
After selecting the appropriate window, the student must complete all required fields, select the appropriate category and transfer type, upload a single PDF file, agree to the terms, and finally click "Submit."

The Electronic Transfer Service at Ain Shams University is an advanced official platform that facilitates the transfer process for Egyptian students from other universities and institutes to Ain Shams University. It is distinguished by its ease of use, online tracking, support for all applicant categories, and secure electronic payment. Once the online requirements are completed, the student proceeds with the necessary paperwork at the faculty to finalize the official transfer. The approval is not considered final until after reviewing the original papers through the faculty. In the event that the papers are incorrect, the transfer will be canceled and the student is deemed to responsible.

Transfer Request Status
• Review: means that the application has been registered and the papers are being examined.
• Approved and please pay the fees: It means that the transfer request has been accepted and please pay the procedure fees
• Approved: means that the fees have been approved and paid, and a message will appear to him with the student code and the type of transfer that has been approved.
• Rejected: means that the transfer request has been rejected and the reason for the rejection will be explained.
1. Personal information must be entered in Arabic, with the full name (four parts) written exactly as it appears on the national ID card and birth certificate.
2. The national ID number must be entered correctly and must belong to the student themselves—not their guardian or any other individual.
3. Only one account may be created using a single national ID number.
4. A valid phone number must be provided to facilitate communication, preferably with WhatsApp available on the same number.
5. All required fields must be completed when submitting the application, and the required documents must be uploaded in a single, clear PDF file not exceeding 2 MB in size. This can be done using mobile apps or websites such as iLovePDF or CamScanner by converting the images to a PDF.
6. For students transferring from other universities who obtained their high school diploma or equivalent in previous years: the academic status certificate must be addressed to the faculty to which the transfer is requested within Ain Shams University, and must be stamped and officially approved by the Dean or Vice Dean of the originating faculty. The document must include the phrase: "The faculty has no objection to the transfer."
7. Approval is not considered final until the original documents are reviewed by the relevant faculty. If any document is found to be invalid, the transfer will be cancelled and the student will bear full responsibility.
8. The receipt of the transfer service fee must be retained.
9. Please ensure that you apply under the correct category based on your case and type of transfer, to be able to successfully complete the transfer process.
10. The transfer service fee is non-refundable if the student chooses to withdraw their transfer request.
11. Some transfer requests (e.g., for higher qualifications) may be automatically cancelled once the required number of students has been reached by the faculty.
Note:
Transfers for international students are handled exclusively by the General Administration for Admission and Scholarships of International Students.
