The launch of the first scouting and guiding festival for Ain Shams University's scouts

under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Galal, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, launched the first scouting and guiding festival for Ain Shams University's rovers, with the participation of 11 faculties of the university, namely (medicine, agriculture, engineering, business, education, nursing, science, specific education, arts, law, computers and information), In the presence of Prof. Dr. Taya Abdul Latif, advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for student activities, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hisham Al-Hariri, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture for Education and Student Affairs, and Mr. Muhammad Al-Khatib, Assistant Secretary for Education and Student Affairs, and the supervision of Mr. Muhammad Al-Sharkawi, Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, and Ms. Asmaa Ali Khater, Director of Mobile Administration, and Mr. Ayman Hassan, the mobile supervisor.

The festival, organized by the Roaming and Public Service Committee of the General Administration of Youth Welfare at the university, will continue until August 31, at the permanent scout camp at the Faculty of Agriculture.

The festival aims to raise the morale of students, develop the spirit of cooperation, and refine the skills of self-reliance, leadership and team spirit.
