Ain Shams University is preparing to receive the desires of high school students through thirteen laboratories in five faculties

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs, Ain Shams University congratulates its high school students and parents for achieving success and excellence despite the Corona pandemic, and we are pleased to welcome you to the electronic coordination lab Distinguished in the various faculties of the university to help you arrange your desires in the various stages of Electronic Coordination as the first step towards a bright future, God willing, to serve our beloved country and society.

We also express great appreciation for the confidence of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research headed by the Minister, Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, in choosing Ain Shams University to be the headquarters of the Central Coordination Office for the second time in the university's history.

The university has been keen to provide all equipment and preparations to receive the upcoming coordination work, and in this context the education and students sector headed by Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs, has allocated the main building of the General Administration of Youth Welfare and its attached offices inside the university city for students in Abbasiya to be the headquarters of the Central Coordination Office, in order to ensure the completion and implementation of coordination work in a manner appropriate to the ministry and the status of the university, in a manner that achieves the interest of students who are coming to university life, and in a manner that reflects an honorable image of Egyptian universities as a whole.

The Education and Student Affairs Sector at the university is preparing to receive the Egyptian General Secondary Coordination Marathon, Arab and foreign equivalent certificates, and technical certificates for admission to universities for the new academic year 2021/2022 through 13 laboratories equipped with 300 computers in five faculties: (Arts - Computers) at the main campus in Abbasiya (Al-Khalifa Al-Mamoun extension), the Faculty of Engineering in (Abdo Pasha in Abbasiya) and the Faculty of Girls (Heliopolis) - Al-Mirghani) and at the Faculty of Agriculture in Shubra El-Kheima, which are fully equipped laboratories to receive high school students to make it possible to register their desires electronically through the electronic coordination website:

This is in accordance with the different coordination stages (the first - the second - the third - the stages of reducing expatriation ... etc.) that are issued in a press release from Prof. Dr. Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The electronic coordination laboratories are taking all the precautionary and preventive measures adopted to confront the Corona virus, which ensure the safety of students, their parents, and workers, in the interest of the students, as there are 300 computers in the coordination laboratories to avoid overcrowding, and students will enter committed to wearing masks to register in batches, provided that the occupancy rate in the halls does not exceed 25% of the hall capacity.

The electronic coordination service is provided by a team with experience in coordination work and who is aware of the university’s new programs with the credit-hour system and the conditions for admission, and the terms of cross-section in the departments of the various faculties to guide advice and guidance on how to arrange the desires of students, with the work team’s phone numbers available on the electronic coordination website to respond to any inquiries, the university has also taken all necessary measures to finalize the preparations for receiving high school students wishing to take aptitude tests at the Faculty of Specific Education (Art Education Division - Music Education Division), as well as the Faculty of Nursing and Nursing Institutes (Demerdash - Specialized) according to the rules and conditions of the Supreme Council of Universities, electronic registration will begin through the electronic coordination website of the Ministry of Higher Education, on the following link: www.tansik.egypt.gov.eg

by using the national number and the student's seat number, then entering his personal data and choosing the aptitude tests which he wants to perform, and at the end of the registration process, the student prints the receipt stating his desire to register and the type of aptitude test he wants to perform.

The electronic registration will take place according to the time plan set by the Supreme Council of Universities headed by Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, from Saturday 7 August until Thursday 19 August.

We are very keen on facilitating students and conducting exams in an orderly and accurate manner, which is considered to be passing a number of tests to measure the student’s abilities as a prerequisite for joining the Faculty of Specific Education (Art Education Division - Music Education Division), the Faculty of Nursing and the Nursing Institutes for the academic year 2021/2022.

We affirm our commitment to applying all precautionary and preventive measures against the emerging corona virus during the performance of aptitude tests as well as the upcoming coordination period, in terms of taking into account social distancing, as well as reducing density and wearing masks for students, and sterilizing exam halls to ensure the application of all preventive measures to prevent corona virus infection.
