The conclusion of the scientific conference sessions “Integrated Waste Management and Circular Economy”

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies, and Prof. Dr. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Noha Samir Donia, Dean of the Faculty of Environmental Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Reham Refaat Mohamed Abdel Aal, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, Prof. Hala Ibrahim Awadallah, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Taha Abdel Azim Al-Sabbagh, Conference Rapporteur, and Dr. Hoda Helal Coordinator of the conference, in cooperation with the Ministry of Environment and the Waste Management Authority, the activities of the scientific conference “Integrated Waste Management and the Circular Economy” which was held online during the period 6-8 June on the occasion of World Environment Day ended with many recommendations, including the protection of natural capital and the health of the Egyptian citizen Governmental waste management, improving the ability of ecosystems to provide their services and the need to take advantage of green investment opportunities, innovating and creating an integrated system for waste management, environmental planning for new cities.
