Within the framework of digital transformation pursued by Ain Shams University under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, honored Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the Faculty of Arts at Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Hanan Kamel, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, the electronic control program team from the Faculty of Computers and Information headed by Prof. Dr. Nagwa Badr, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information, which consists of: Ahmed Ezzat, Sarah Nagy, and Aya Ahmed.
This was by giving them certificates of appreciation as a culmination of their efforts that began in March 2020 and over the course of a whole year in qualifying and training an elite group of faculty members and employees to use the electronic control program prepared in cooperation with these experts in preparation for starting work on the program to monitor the results of the first semester exams, as well as The program allows the student to register academic advising electronically from his own account, and also allows electronic control members to monitor the results of the exams electronically, which achieves speedy achievement, and the program is characterized by confidentiality and accuracy in data.
The efforts of the two teams of the Faculty of Computers and Information, in cooperation with the Faculty of Arts team, varied between the introduction of academic regulations and the regulations of distinguished programs for the BA stage, as well as entering the names of students, their academic data, and their national numbers. The electronic monitoring program is characterized by a high degree of confidentiality in storing and displaying data.
