The camps, held from mid-July to mid-August, witnessed the participation of approximately 800 male and female students from various university faculties through five groups. Each group lasted five days under a full-board residential system in the university’s student housing buildings. The university provided students with an integrated system of accommodation, meals, medical care, and logistical services, in addition to supervision and follow-up throughout the camp, enabling students to fully benefit from the training program and accompanying activities in a safe, organized, and integrated environment. The comprehensive residential system also provided an appropriate setting for students to participate in various lectures, workshops, practical applications, sports activities, and recreational programs, enhancing the value of the camps’ training experience and achieving integration between training, accommodation, and student activities.

The SFE World Camp featured a comprehensive program designed to prepare a generation of aware student leaders by developing leadership, teamwork, and innovation skills and promoting the values of belonging and social responsibility through a series of lectures, workshops, and practical applications.

The program also included the “Student Support Team Preparation” group, which aimed to train students in event organization, crowd management, volunteer work, and effective communication, contributing to the preparation of student cadres capable of efficiently participating in organizing and managing university activities.

The training programs were held at the "IHub" for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, as well as in the halls and buildings of the university’s student housing facilities. They covered several areas, including leadership, team building, planning, time management, student regulations, national awareness, media skills, and volunteer work, in addition to a sports and recreational program and team-building activities held at the facilities of the General Administration for Youth Welfare and the indoor sports hall.

The SFE World Camp concluded with several practical experiences and applications that contributed to refining students’ skills and enhancing their leadership and organizational abilities, supporting the preparation of a generation of student leaders capable of effective participation and making a difference both within and beyond the university.
