Announcement of the Khalifa Award for Education 20th Cycle (2026-2027)
Based on Ain Shams University’s keenness to consolidate a culture of excellence and innovation, and to enhance the participation of faculty staff and researchers in prestigious educational and scientific awards, and under the patronage of Prof. Amany Osama Kamel, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, the University announces the opening of nominations for the twentieth cycle of the Khalifa Award for Education 2026–2027, which was launched by the General Secretariat of the Award with local, Arab and international participation, and includes 10 fields and 18 categories to honor distinguished individuals and those with initiatives, practices and research that have an impact on the development of education, reflecting the Award’s commitment to supporting educational excellence and keeping pace with developments in education.
The award categories for its twentieth cycle are:
- 1- Khalifa International Award for Early Childhood Education
- 2- Distinguished Educational Figure
- 3- General Education
- 4- Higher Education
- 5- Creativity in Teaching Arabic
- 6- People of Determination
- 7- Educational Research
- 8- Educational Writing for Children
- 9- Innovative Educational Projects and Programs
- 10- Education and Community Service

- • Recent academic record (free of disciplinary actions).
- • Justification for nomination.
- • Curriculum Vitae (CV).
