Ain Shams University is organizing its ninth scientific conference, under the title "The Fourth Generation of Universities ... Between Reality and Aspiration", under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, headed by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University and President of the Conference, Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President of Postgraduate Studies and Research and Vice President of the Conference, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Hisham Temraz, Vice President of Community Service and Environmental Development; The conference will run from the sixth to the eighth of this April.

The opening session includes a symposium on “royal mummies” in the presence of Prof. Dr. Khaled Al-Anani, Minister of Antiquities, Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Al-Damati, former Minister of Antiquities and Dean of the Faculty of Archeology at the University Prof. Dr. Zahi Hawass, Former Minister of Antiquities and Visiting Professor of Egyptology at the Faculty of Archeology at the University, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim, a former minister of antiquities and professor of archeology at the university.

It will be on Tuesday, April 6, at exactly five o'clock in the evening in the Grand Conference Hall next to the Faculty of Pharmacy.

A number of Egyptian and international universities from the United States of America, Canada, Britain, Singapore and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will also participate in the conference, as well as Ain Shams University's partners in various fields.
