Opening of open air Gymnasium in the main campus of Ain Shams University

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Abdul Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, opened the open air gymnasium on the main campus of the university, where the General Administration of Youth Welfare installed sports equipment in different places to encourage students to exercise.

Prof. Dr. Abdul Fattah Saud stressed the importance of exercise and that a healthy mind in a healthy body, where sport helps to reduce stress and study stress and make students abler to achieve and scientific excellence. A total of 17 sports equipment has been installed so that the university students can use it for free throughout the day and practice sports between the lectures. Prof. Dr. Abdul Fattah Saud encourages students to practice sports and inspect students during their use, stressing his keenness to install it in an open place so that all students can use it for free at any time.

He added that all devices produced by the Arab Organization for Industrialization are intended for heavy use and will be a continuous maintenance of the devices throughout the year and is scheduled to circulate the idea on the campus of the Faculty of Girls and Education and the campus of the Faculty of Business, Al-Alsun and all faculties of the university.
