Dr. Mona Baker delivers a general lecture at the Faculty of Al-Alsun on “Paratexts Theory and Methodology”

The Faculty of Al-Alsun at Ain Shams University, under the patronage of Prof. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, and supervised by Prof. Ashraf Attia, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, hosted one of the most important linguists in the modern era, Dr. Mona Baker, Director of the Center for Translation and Cultural Studies at the University of Manchester in England, Vice President of the International Society for Translation and Multicultural Studies, and a visiting professor at both the University of Hong Kong in China and Middle East University. in the United Kingdom and the University of Oslo in Sweden, which has many books and studies in the field of translation, at eleven o’clock in the morning on Thursday, January 4, 2024, in the conference hall at the Faculty of Al-Alsun.
