The Vice President for Graduate Studies receives the Director of the Global Knowledge Project of the United Nations Development Program to discuss ways of cooperation

Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, received Dr. Hani Turki, Senior Technical Adviser and Regional Director of the Knowledge Project of the United Nations Development Program, to discuss ways of cooperation between the Knowledge Project of the United Nations Development Program and Ain Shams University. In the presence of Dr. Muhammad Al-Behairi, Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Dr. Ayman Farid, Director of the Career Center at the university.

During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, explained that there is an expected cooperation between Ain Shams University and the regional knowledge project, which is represented by Dr. Hani Turki, who is responsible for knowledge projects in the Arab world, spreading knowledge and innovation, and linking this to the labor market and the economy.

         
   
         

He added that this will be the beginning of cooperation with the United Nations in this field, and the beginning will be in the Arab and then African countries, and there will be great cooperation with Ain Shams University to implement this project.

The meeting came after the visit of Dr. Hani Turki for the Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Ihub) as His Excellency praised the efforts made in the two centers of employment and entrepreneurship at the university, describing it as an honorable, unique and rare effort in many Egyptian and Arab universities.

He said that we will try hard, through the Global Knowledge Project of the United Nations Development Program, to generalize this experience to Egyptian and Arab universities, because this is a unique model that all Arab countries and universities should benefit from.

He added that the past days witnessed intense meetings with the Vice President of Ain Shams University for Graduate Studies and Research, and many joint projects were put forward between the Regional Knowledge Project and Ain Shams University, through which we can benefit young people in Egypt and the Arab world, noting that the goal of these projects is It is to qualify young people for the labor market, especially if they are qualified youth and have a new and distinguished thought, such as the youth of Ain Shams University.

At the end of the visit, Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh presented the university shield to the visiting guest, and some souvenir photos were taken.
