New department heads at Ain Shams University

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, issued a number of decisions at the Faculty of Law, namely:

Appointing Prof. Dr. Naji Abd El-Momen Mohamed Hassan - Head of the Commercial and Maritime Department Council at the Faculty of Law from 11/28/2021 to 9/26/2022, the date of his master’s reaching the legal age

Appointing Prof. Dr. Mona Ramadan Muhammad Batikh - Head of the Department of Public Law at the Faculty of Law, as of November 28, 2021 for a period of one year.

Appointing Prof. Dr. Mustafa Fahmy El-Gohary - Head of the Council of the Criminal Code Department at the Faculty of Law as of November 28, 2021 for a period of one year.

Appointing Prof. Dr. Taha Awad Ghazi Muhammad Abd al-Rahim - Acting Chairman of the Department of Philosophy of Law and its history at the Faculty of Law as of 10/12/2021 for a year.

Appointing Dr. Mamdouh Waer Abdel Rahman Mhenni – Acting Assistant Professor in the Department of Islamic Sharia, Faculty of Law, with the work of the head of the department’s council as of November 28, 2021 for a year.

Appointing Dr. Heba Badr Ahmed Muhammad Sadiq – Acting Assistant Professor at the Department of Pleadings Law at the Faculty of Law, with the work of the head of the department’s council as of November 28, 2021 for a year.

Appointing Dr. Mahmoud Lutfi Mahmoud Abdel Aziz – Acting Assistant Professor at the Department of Private International Law at the Faculty of Law, with the work of the head of the department’s council as of November 28, 2021 for a year.

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, issued a decision to Prof. Dr. Ehab Shehab Abel Beshai - Professor in the Department of Public Health at the Faculty of Medicine, as the Chairman of the Board of the Health Care Quality Department, as of 11/28/2021 for a year.

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, issued a decision renewing the appointment of Prof. Dr. Eman Muhammad Shaaban Hassan, Chairman of the Council of the Computer Systems Department at the Faculty of Computer Sciences and Information, starting October 13, 2021 for a period of one year.

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Matini, President of Ain Shams University, issued a decision appointing Prof. Dr. Magda Abd El-Sattar Ahmed Qanswa - Head of the Board of Elderly Nursing Department at the Faculty of Nursing from 28/11/2021 until 12/10/2023, the date of her reaching the legal age.

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, issued a decision appointing Prof. Dr. Ali Abd El-Halim, Professor of the Department of Ancient Egyptian Archeology, Faculty of Arts, as Chairman of the Council of the Department of Ancient Egyptian Archeology in Faculty of Archeology, starting from November 28, 2021 for a period of three years, and the renewal of the appointment of Prof. Dr. Amal Mabrouk Abd El-Halim Raeisi for the Council of the Department of Philosophical Studies at the Faculty of Arts starting 10/20/2021 for a period of one year.

His Excellency also issued a decision appointing Prof. Dr. Muhammad Wathiq Al-Kharashi, Chairman of the Council of the Department of Computer and Systems Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, starting from 11/28/2021, for a period of three years; appointing Prof. Dr. Muhammad Adel Al-Damlawy as Chairman of the Council of Prosthodontics Department at the Faculty of Dentistry, starting from 11/28/2021 for a period of three years; renewing the appointment of Prof. Dr. Hoor Mustafa Baghdadi, Chairman of the Board of Oral Pathology Department, Faculty of Dentistry, starting 3/10/2021 for a year.

His Excellency issued a decision that Prof. Dr. Abd El-Rahman Alyan, full-time professor at the Faculty of Arts, will act as head of the Accounting and Auditing Department’s council, as of 10/14/2021 for a year, and Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim Awad, assistant professor at the Faculty of Engineering, will act as Head of the Mechatronics Department starting from 11/28/2021 for a period of one year.

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, issued a decision appointing Prof. Dr. Ahmed Nabil Ahmed Ahmed, Head of the Educational Media Department at the Faculty of Specific Education, as of November 28, 2021 for a period of one year.

Also, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, issued a decision to appoint Prof. Dr. Abd El-Rahman Mahmoud Elyan Hussein, emeritus professor at the Faculty of Business, to act as head of the Accounting and Auditing Department Board, starting from 10/14/2021 for a year.

And a decision to renew the appointment of Prof. Dr. Eman Muhammad Shaaban Hassan, Chairman of the Council of the Computer Systems Department at the Faculty of Computer Sciences and Information at the university, starting from 10/31/2021 for a year.
