New appointments at Ain Shams University

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, issued a decree appointing Prof. Dr. Yahya Kamal Abdel Moneim as a Chairman of the Board of the Irrigation and Hydraulics Department of the Faculty of Engineering, for a period of three years and Prof. Dr. Mona Aboul Fotouh, Chairman of the Board of the Department of Oral Medicine, Periodontics and Radiology at the College of Dentistry for a period of three years.

He issued another decision appointing Prof. Ahmed Nour El-Din Hassan, Chairman of the Board of Pharmacology Department, Faculty of Medicine, also issued a decree appointing Prof. Dr. Talaat Ali Hassan Al-Samni, Head of the Department of Otolaryngology, Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University.

His Excellency also issued a decision to renew the appointment of Prof. Dr. Islam Tarek, Chairman of the Board of the Orthodontic Department of the Faculty of Dentistry for a period of three years, and the renewal of Prof. Dr. Nadia Hamdy was Chairman of the Council of the Biochemistry Department at the Faculty of Pharmacy for a year, and Prof. Dr. Hussam Ahmed Sobhi as Chairman of the pleadings law department at the Faculty of Law for a year.

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, issued a decree appointing Prof. Dr. Sabri Moussa Suleiman Youssef as Chairman of the Board of Horticulture Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Ain Shams University, as of 01/27/2021, for a period of three years.

His Excellency issued a decision that Professor Dr. Mahmoud Sri Muhammad Al-Bukhari, Emeritus Professor at the Institute of Environmental Studies and Research, will work as Chairman of the Medical Sciences Department at the Institute, as of 01/27/2021, for a year.

He also issued a decision appointing Prof. Dr. Tamer Ahmed Mostafa Mohamed Abdel Kader as Acting Vice Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information Ain Shams University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.

President of Ain Shams University issued a decision appointing Prof. Dr. Manal Salah Hassan Yakoub as Head of the Internal Surgical Nursing Department at the College of Nursing for a period of three years. He also issued a decree appointing Prof. Salma El-Sayed Hassan Mohamed, head of the pediatric nursing department at the Faculty of Nursing, Ain Shams University, for a period of three years.
