The Faculty of Business wins the first places in the Festival of Self-Sufficiency for Theatrical Acting

The Faculty of Business won the first place for the best presentation for the show "Negative Safar", and student Mustafa Talaat won the award for the best text written for the text "Negative Safar", first place

Student Islam Khaled won the Best Director Award, while Layali Khalaf won the Best Actress Award, and Shaher Abdul Rahman won the second place as Best Actor.

Prof. Dr. Khaled Kadri, Dean of the Faculty of Business congratulated the faculty’s acting team, asserting that the faculty is rich with many different talents that enjoy the support and interest of the university administration.

The festival jury included Prof. Dr. Ayman Abdel-Hamid El-Shewi, Head of Direction and Representation at the Higher Institute for Dramatic Arts, Prof. Dr. Khaled Bahgat, Professor of Directing at the Higher Institute of Cinema, and the great artist Samir Farag, director of photography and well-known artistic producer.

The jury praised the high technical level of the performances, and the university's talents of authors, actors, directors, and musicians, and also praised the university’s role in its insistence on holding the festival despite the harsh conditions that pass the whole world and on the professional organization of events amid precautionary measures that enabled students to practice the activity efficiently, freely and safely.
