The evacuation process took a full six minutes, beginning with the sounding of the alarm, which called on everyone to move quickly and in an orderly manner outside the building. Students, faculty staff, employees, and workers headed to the pre-determined safe assembly points, taking care not to crowd and to follow safety instructions.
The building was confirmed to be completely empty and the doors locked. An ambulance was on standby, and the entire operation was monitored to ensure its smooth progress and the absence of any obstacles.
This experiment aimed to train personnel to adhere to all safety and security standards in emergency situations such as earthquakes and fires, enhance the efficiency of the faculty's Civil Defense Department in handling any potential emergency, and ensure the safety of the university community and provide a healthy and safe environment for everyone.
