This interactive online training program aims to equip participants with the skills needed to teach French as a Foreign Language (FLE), drawing on the latest teaching trends and digital resources. The program enables trainees to develop learners' oral and written communication skills and design appropriate educational activities that integrate communication and expression objectives with grammar instruction, using practical teaching methods implemented through live interactive sessions.

Who can apply

Graduates of the Faculties of Arts, Al-Alsun (Languages), and Education, specializing in French Language or an equivalent field, who hold a university degree from an Egyptian university or its equivalent, provided they have obtained a DELF B2 French Language Proficiency Certificate.

French language teachers and teaching assistants at public and private universities and institutes.

Graduates of the Faculties of Tourism and Hotels, Archaeology, and Commerce, or equivalent qualifications, provided they hold a French Language Proficiency Certificate.

Certificates/Documents required for application

Required Certificates and Documents for Application:

A bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature or Translation, or a Bachelor of Education specializing in French Language, awarded by a university or institute, or an equivalent qualification.

A higher education qualification (bachelor’s degree or Licentiate Degree) from a university or institute, or an equivalent qualification, provided that the applicant holds a French Language Proficiency Certificate.

Degree equivalence from Supreme Council of Universities : Not required

Requirement for program completion

Fulfillment of attendance requirements.

Submission of assignments and interactive presentations.

Preparation and submission of an applied research project, along with an oral presentation, to be evaluated according to the following criteria:

Ability to translate findings into concrete actions (tools and recommendations).

Originality and Innovation: Personal contribution and the added value of the project.

What the trainee will be granted upon program completion

An accredited certificate from Ain Shams University upon successful completion of a short-term training course in Teaching French as a Foreign Language (FLE).
