• Hold a Bachelor of Laws from an Egyptian university or an equivalent recognized institution with a minimum overall grade of Good.

• Hold a Digital Transformation Certificate.

Skills Acquired by Graduates

1- Advanced Knowledge and Understanding: Demonstrate an advanced understanding of general jurisprudential theories, the principles of Islamic legislation in comparison with civil law systems and other legal traditions, and the philosophy of statutory legislation in relation to Islamic Sharia.

2- Intellectual Skills: Apply juristic reasoning (Ijtihad), conduct systematic comparative analysis between the schools of Islamic jurisprudence and civil law systems, and critically analyze emerging legal issues and contemporary transactions.

3- Professional and Practical Skills: Develop Sharia-compliant and legally sound solutions to contemporary legal challenges based on the principles of public interest (Maslahah) and the established rules of Ijtihad.

4- Research and Transferable Skills: Conduct advanced scholarly research in Islamic jurisprudence and legal theory through active participation in research seminars, academic discussions, and oral presentations.
