Admission Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor of Laws from an Egyptian university or an equivalent recognized institution with a minimum overall grade of Good.

• Hold a Digital Transformation Certificate.

Two Academic Semesters

Program Credit Hours:

30 credit hours


Graduate Competencies:

1- Advanced Knowledge and Understanding: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of general jurisprudential theories, the principles of Islamic legislation in comparison with civil law systems and other legal traditions, and the philosophy of positive law in relation to Islamic Sharia.

2- Intellectual Skills: Apply juristic reasoning, conduct systematic comparative analysis between the Islamic schools of jurisprudence and civil law systems, and critically evaluate contemporary legal issues and emerging transactions.

3- Professional and Practical Skills: Formulate Sharia-compliant and legally sound solutions to contemporary challenges based on the principles of (public interest) and the recognized methodologies of (independent legal reasoning).

4- Research and Transferable Skills: Conduct advanced scholarly research in Islamic jurisprudence and its principles through active participation in research seminars, academic discussions, and oral presentations.
