Admission Requirements

The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree (Licentiate) in Arts, majoring in Geography, from one of the Egyptian universities, or an equivalent degree from another academic institution recognized by the Supreme Council of Universities. The applicant must have at least a “Good” grade in both the overall grade and the specialization grade.

Two academic semesters, each lasting 15 weeks, with a total of 11 courses (33 credit hours).

• Using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software.

• Processing and analyzing satellite imagery.

• Applying remote sensing techniques and temporal analysis.

• Working with surveying equipment.

• Conducting spatial analysis.

• Developing modeling capabilities.

• Designing and producing maps.
