PhD in Tourism Guidance
2026-06-25Admission Requirements
• The applicant must hold a master’s degree from the Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University, in Tourism Guidance, or an equivalent qualification from a relevant academic department in Tourism and Hotel Management faculties or institutes at Egyptian universities recognized by the Supreme Council of Universities.
• The applicant must obtain a TOEFL, IELTS, DELF, or an equivalent foreign language certificate as a requirement for registration for the PhD degree in the department.
• The student must comply with all academic ethics, research integrity rules, and general conduct regulations during their studies.
Target Group:
Egyptians – International Students
Program Duration:
Minimum 2 years, Maximum 5 years
Application Period:
From the beginning of August until the end of the second week of the academic year.
Credit Hours: 50 credit hours

Note:
Foreign nationals are not permitted to work in the tourism guidance profession according to Egyptian law.
