EGP 250,000 annually, including the following:

1. EGP 20,000 for admissions and surgeries.

2. EGP 24,000 for monthly chronic treatment (EGP 2,000 per month), with a 20% co-payment.

3. EGP 20,000 for outpatient examinations and physical therapy, with a maximum of 12 sessions per year.

4. EGP 6,000 for acute illnesses per year, with a 20% co-payment.

Subscription starts on January 1 of each year and ends on December 31 of the same year.

Conditions and subscription fees are re-evaluated annually.
