(National Network of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics, Egypt)

The agreement to establish the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics at Ain Shams University was signed in April 2020, and the chair aims to enhance cooperation between universities, organizations and committees concerned with bioethics and the laws regulating the practice of medical professions in Egypt and abroad.

Therefore, the UNESCO Chair has begun to establish a national network for bioethics in Egyptian universities, research centers, and institutions, through which cooperation in the initiatives and activities undertaken by the Chair to activate dialogue on all emerging issues and ethical dilemmas related to biosciences.

The UNESCO Chair welcomes the admission of all those interested in this field from various disciplines such as medicine, nursing, dentistry, pharmacy, physiotherapy, science, engineering, Sharia and law, philosophy, sociology, .... in various Egyptian universities.
