The Faculty of Law presents its Diamond Jubilee Shield to Counselor Sherif Mohamed Kamal El-Shazly, Vice President of the State Council and Head of the Cabinet's Advisory Board

As part of the Faculty of Law's Diamond Jubilee celebrations marking seventy-five years since its founding, and in a gesture of loyalty and appreciation from the Faculty administration, acknowledging the contributions of generations of distinguished graduates who have helped maintain the prestigious standing of this great academic institution for seven and a half decades, Prof. Yassin El-Shazly, Dean of the Faculty, presented the Faculty's Diamond Jubilee Shield to Counselor Sherif Mohamed Kamal El-Shazly, Vice President of the State Council and Head of the Cabinet's Advisory Board. The presentation took place in the presence of Prof. Hossam El-Attar, Assistant Professor of Civil Procedure and Director of the English Department; Dr. Omar Ramadan, Lecturer of Criminal Law and Director of the Faculty's Training Court; Dr. Mina Adel, Lecturer of Private International Law and Director of the French Department; and Dr. Rashad Abu El-Enein, Lecturer of Economics and Coordinator of the Faculty's Alumni Association. This honor stems from the Faculty administration's belief and recognition that the Faculty's excellent reputation was built and solidified by brilliant minds who deserve our appreciation and gratitude.

         
   
         

It is worth noting that Counselor Sherif El-Shazly, a current member of the Faculty Council and a 1992 graduate of the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University, has served as Vice President of the State Council and Head of the Technical Office of the General Assembly of the Fatwa and Legislation Department. He was also seconded to the Head of Legal and Legislative Affairs at the Egyptian Cabinet and served as Director of the Center for Judicial Studies and Research between 2011 and 2012.

He participated in chairing working groups tasked with drafting investment laws and monitoring the implementation of laws regulating the relationship between landlords and tenants.

His Excellency serves as the Head of the Cabinet's Advisory Board and actively participates in drafting and reviewing important economic laws and agreements, such as investment laws and property rental laws. He possesses extensive experience in legal and legislative work and has participated in high-level ministerial meetings.
