Within the framework of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s vision to support international cooperation and develop the capabilities of young researchers, the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology announced the opening of applying to participate in the Scientific School of Nuclear Sciences, organized by the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in Dubna, Russia, from June 14 to July 4, 2026, with joint funding between the Academy and the Institute, within the framework of the scientific cooperation agreement between the two sides.

The program targets young researchers and graduate students from Egyptian universities, research centers and institutes in the fields of nuclear science and its peaceful applications, in order to support the building of research capabilities and the localization of nuclear technology in Egypt, in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030.

To apply, applicants must be no older than 30 years of age, and must be enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program at an Egyptian higher education or scientific research institution, with the field of study matching the research fields of the institute. The deadline for appl is March 31, 2026.
