Ain Shams University President Congratulates Dr. Ibrahim Saber on His Reappointment as Governor of Cairo
Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, extended his heartfelt congratulations, on behalf of the University Council and faculty staff, to Dr. Ibrahim Saber, member of the University Council, on the presidential decree renewing confidence in him as Governor of Cairo.
