In line with the directives of Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, emphasizing the importance of supporting and empowering students with disabilities in education, scientific research, and innovation, and within the framework of the national strategy to provide an innovation-friendly environment, the ‘Create… Soar’ Program has been launched.

The program aims to enable students with disabilities to transform their innovative ideas into successful and sustainable projects through practical training, specialized guidance, and technical, commercial, and legal support. It is a collaborative initiative between the Ministry of Higher Education, the Innovators and Geniuses Care Fund, and the Tamkeen Unit, implemented by ALX, a leading African company specializing in innovation and entrepreneurship. The program targets 150 aspiring entrepreneurs.

Applications are open until 15 February 2026.
