As part of the Armed Forces’ commitment to strengthening national awareness and developing leadership capabilities, the Department of Morale Affairs organized the “National Leadership Development Strategy” program from April 27 to 30, 2025, at El-Galaa Theater.

Ain Shams University participated in the program under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of the University, and under the supervision of the Education and Student Affairs Sector, in coordination with the University’s Department of Popular and Military Defense.

The program saw the participation of a distinguished group of journalists, media professionals, and military correspondents, along with students from the Faculty of Mass Communication at Ain Shams University, Cairo University, Helwan University, and Al-Azhar University, reflecting a shared commitment to promoting strategic and leadership thinking across various sectors of society.

The program aimed to enrich participants' strategic knowledge and enhance their role in raising awareness about national issues and contemporary challenges. This was achieved through a series of lectures and interactive workshops delivered by experts in strategic and media fields.

In his statement, the President of Ain Shams University emphasized the importance of such initiatives in shaping a new generation of national leaders capable of taking responsibility and actively contributing to Egypt’s ongoing comprehensive development. Participants also praised the relevance and depth of the topics covered, highlighting their role in broadening perspectives and strengthening professional competencies.
